Grammy Award winner Lyle Lovett and his all-star band take the stage at the Brown County Music Center in Nashville, Indiana on Friday, July 17th, 2026 for his acclaimed Small Large Band Tour.
Grammy nominated recording artist and singer-songwriter Lyle Lovett brings over 40 years of performing experience to the stage. Playing multiple sets a night, Lyle plays a variety of musical styles including country, swing, jazz, folk, gospel and blues. He will play some of his older classics like "Cowboy Man", "Give Back My Heart" and "Farther Down the Line" as well as songs from his 2022 recording "12th of June".
Performance time is 8:00 PM. Ticket price: $84. Absolutely do not sleep on this special evening.

Lovett's unique voice and release of quirky and engaging songs have earned him a strong following both within and outside of the country music scene, as he incorporates elements of country, swing, jazz, folk, gospel and blues into his work. Hayes Carll will open up with his unique roots oriented songwriting to get things rolling.
The Small Large Band Tour is currently touring across North America performing in places such as Cincinnati, St. Louis and many cities in between. You will be in a charged atmosphere with the other music guests. You will be entertained while having great company with fellow music guests. You will be enjoying one of the town's biggest Friday night entertainment events.
Lovett performs original and classic tunes including “Cowboy Man”, “Farther Down the Line”, “God Will”, and “Give Back My Heart”.
In addition to the aforementioned Grammy Awards for Best Country Album (The Road to Ensenada – 1996), Best Country Male Vocal (Lyle Lovett and His Large Band – 1989), and two awards for collaboration for Blues For Dixie and Funny How Time Slips Away, Lovett received the Americana Music Association’s Trailblazer Award in 2001. He was also named Texas State Musician in 2006.
Hayes Carll is a critically acclaimed poet and songwriter from Dallas/Texas. Hayes' latest album, We're Only Human was released in 2025.
His song "She Left Me for Jesus" was awarded Song of the Year by the Americana Music Association. Hayes was also nominated for a Grammy for Best Country Song for "Chances Are".

Brown County Music Center has convenient parking for all guests. "Preferred Parking" is a $20 parking fee for patrons that wish to park in a paved lot located right off of Ind. 46, just a short walk to the Main Entrance. General Parking is $10. Due to event capacity, patrons may be offered shuttle services from the general parking areas to and from the venue.
